About the No.4 Mk 2 The No.4 Mk 2 was a post-war update of the No.4. The main change was moving the trigger so it hangs from the receiver instead of the trigger guard, which needs a differently inletted forestock. It was built at Fazakerley in England from about 1949 into the 1950s, and many earlier No.4s were later converted to the Mk 2 pattern.
