Have Questions?
Thank you for sending me the Enfield No. 1 Mk.1 (sight protector) upper handguard. The wood and workmanship are A1 quality! I have a 1906 Enfield No.1 Mk.1 and it was missing the rather unique and rare sight protector. (Upper handguard). When you can find them, they seem to go for $300 or more on Ebay. I have woodworking and metal working skills. I put in about 15 hours making the metal ears and plate and marrying them to your wood. The result is a very authentic looking part. I would send you pictures but I am not sure how to send them in this format. A few years back I bought a complete stock set from you for my No.4 Mk.1 Enfield and turned it into a very handsome rifle. Everyone comments on how pretty the grain is on the rifle's wood. So, thank you, Prestigious Stocks, for your excellent products, I am very pleased with my new upper handguard. I am 87 but out in my workshop every day.
