Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship from our shop in Drayton Valley, Alberta, Canada, by Canada Post. Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days, and every parcel is tracked. We'll email your tracking number once it ships.

Canada and USA

Free shipping on orders of C$199 and up (about US$142). Under C$199, Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping needs a street address, so please don't use a PO box.

International

The UK, Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else ship at a flat C$99.99. We can't ship to France or Austria right now.

Long stocks

Full-length stocks (P14, P17, Krag and similar) ship at a flat C$99 everywhere, including Canada and the US.

Duties and taxes

For US orders, import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing is owed at delivery. Most other countries, including the UK, Australia and New Zealand, also pay duties at checkout. If duties aren't shown at your checkout, your local customs may charge duties or taxes on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us with photos of the box and the parts, and we'll make it right.
