SHIPPING
We ship Monday thru Friday. Items are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Please allow all emails from prestigiouswoodstocks@gmail.com as we send all email notifications and communications from our email server to your email address provided on the payment notification. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURNS
To keep our costs low, we accept limited returns on items within 30 days of purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee to help cover service fees and the costs of manufacturing and shipping, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item/s must be returned in original condition. Buyer must contact prior to returning the item. Damage or faults, must be reported at within 15 days of delivery. WE PROVIDE A 15 DAY WINDOW on our products starting at the date of delivery to complete a reasonable inspection and notify us of any issues. If the wood stock is DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, please take photos of the shipping box and damages. Email notice of damages to us with attached photos to prestigiouswoodstocks@gmail.com.
